Administrative Specialist

This position will provide high-quality administrative support to a professional leadership team in areas of administration, general office and fund development.  Position will include general office organizational duties such as maintain files, ordering supplies, updating documents, assisting with small projects. Duties specific to fund development include: tracking philanthropic requests and contributions. Assistance with writing with grants, letters, presentation materials and outcome based reporting. Skills required: Skilled user of MS Office. Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, ability to write clearly, informatively and persuasively. Attention to detail.  Requirements: Two year of Administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
