Mentoring Program Applications now being Accepted

Do you wish you had someone in fundraising who you could consult with when you have questions? Do you have experience in our industry that you are willing to share?
Then consider being a part of this year's AFP Northeast Wisconsin's Mentorship program!
We are looking for both Mentors and Mentees to be a part of this career enriching experience. Mentors need to be AFP members, but Mentees can be non-members. As a non-member, there will be a nominal $30 fee to participate in the program. However, if you decide to become an AFP member by the end of 2017, we'll refund the $30 fee!
The expectations of being a Mentor/Mentee are minimal. We just ask that you commit to meeting at least 5 times during the remainder of 2017. The Mentorship Chair will email the Mentees and Mentors regularly with suggested topics to discuss; however, conversation topics are completely up to the Mentor/Mentee. The expectation is that the Mentee will initiate the face-to-face meetings, phone conversations, etc. Don't forget - Mentors can also be Mentees!
The applications to be a Mentee and Mentor are below. Please sign up and fill out your application by Friday, April 14th.
Then, save the date for our great Mentorship program kick-off event for Mentors and Mentees on Wednesday, May 3rd at 4:30pm, where everyone will meet, get a chance to know each other, and have some fun, too! This will be a fast-paced, exciting get-to-know-you that will help us make the Mentor/Mentee matches, so don't miss it!
