Leveraging Leadership to Propel Fundraising Success
Free for ALL to attend!

Not only should a non-profit’s leadership provide a strategic vision for the organization, but they should also play an important role in guiding teams through the fundraising process. Productive partnerships between your CEO, CDO, and board can propel an organization’s capacity and ability to execute its mission. This session will offer actionable insights and strategies for leveraging the dynamic partnership between the Executive Director and Development Director and empowering your board to participate in fundraising activities. We’ll also discuss the role leadership should play in the moves management process as well as best practices to track activity to ensure success.
